These guys do a great job! Our basement flooded, and after calling insurance, Noah was sent out to assess the damage. A crew was sent out the same evening to extract the water and set up fans and dehumidifiers. Taylor and her crew were sent to do the demo. They were fast, efficient and tidy. Communication was excellent and she was able to help ease the stress of the whole situation. She was kind and patient and took the time to answer all my questions.
Wes came and took a look and assessed the situation and was respectful and offered valuable advise. Definitely would recommend these guys if you are ever in need. Easy to get a hold of and contractors who removed items and fixed mold were super awesome guys and girls that worked hard and fast in the heat as well. Good job gang
After a sewage backup Service Master was recommended to us. They were amazing, extremely knowledgeable and professional. A perfect job well done. We had them clean our hallway upstairs which is a high traffic area. Another carpet cleaning company a few months was hired to clean it due to stains. Stains were still there. Tammy & Diego from Service Master got them out. Money well spent. You guys rule!!!
I came home to significant water damage in my master bathroom and into my basement. I googled reviews for restoration companies and went with Service Master. Josh was at my home within an hour and was so kind and professional. He sent a crew of staff to my house to begin the tear down and drying of all the damaged areas Saturday morning. Tammy, Gisel , Caesar and their crew showed up. The affected area is my favourite place in my home and I was stressed out to say the least. Tammy and the crew handled it like it was their own home. They had my ceiling and walls torn down and my house sparkling clean and disinfected by end of day. If you are ever unfortunate enough to have a flood or any damage in your home, these are your people. Highly recommend . 10/10 service

The team at ServiceMaster was a total pleasure to deal with. The employees were responsive, kind and knowledgeable. Every contractor that they used had the same characteristics. We had experienced an unexpected flooding in our basement, and they completed the restoration in a timely and skilled manner. We highly recommend them!

And did everything right to make my adjacent apartment livable, from the traumatic and Incredibly fast and living things spotless and such a quick timely manner. I can't thank this team enough.
I can't express how happy am to have been set up by my insurance company with Service Master. The Josh's were so great with communication and Shaun was always so quick and punctual. It made such a stressful situation so easy. I hope to never have a flood again but if I do, we'll be calling Service Master.

Highly recommended!!! Andy and the ServiceMaster crew were absolutely amazing. They were fantastic to work with and made sure everything was completed in a very timely manner. During the renovations Andy continued to keep us in the loop and if any concerns came up he called us right away. Very professional and personable as well. They made a very stressful water damage issue feel less hectic and got it all fixed up for us fairly quickly - right before the Christmas holidays. If we ever need to do more renos we will definitely be calling ServiceMaster to do the work. Cannot say enough about ServiceMaster team and how happy we are with the new Kitchen and floors.
