The team at ServiceMaster was a total pleasure to deal with. The employees were responsive, kind and knowledgeable. Every contractor that they used had the same characteristics. We had experienced an unexpected flooding in our basement, and they completed the restoration in a timely and skilled manner. We highly recommend them!

And did everything right to make my adjacent apartment livable, from the traumatic and Incredibly fast and living things spotless and such a quick timely manner. I can't thank this team enough.
I can't express how happy am to have been set up by my insurance company with Service Master. The Josh's were so great with communication and Shaun was always so quick and punctual. It made such a stressful situation so easy. I hope to never have a flood again but if I do, we'll be calling Service Master.

Highly recommended!!! Andy and the ServiceMaster crew were absolutely amazing. They were fantastic to work with and made sure everything was completed in a very timely manner. During the renovations Andy continued to keep us in the loop and if any concerns came up he called us right away. Very professional and personable as well. They made a very stressful water damage issue feel less hectic and got it all fixed up for us fairly quickly - right before the Christmas holidays. If we ever need to do more renos we will definitely be calling ServiceMaster to do the work. Cannot say enough about ServiceMaster team and how happy we are with the new Kitchen and floors.
